I just came from Parliament, and todays meeting was cancelled. I went specifically to ask Sylvia Olivacce-Meyers and Drs. Gracita Arrindell why THEY were not giving up their seats, considering their WHOLE party has been under investigation for awhile. The three officers were driven to the Pointe Blanche U.P. offices by officer E.B. I choose not to post his picture, which I have or his full name.

The one complaint many people have had about Theo Heyliger, is that he promises big bribes, but he always falls short.

Theo Heyliger is a TRUE St Maartener. He likes to pay the deposit on things, and then when he think he got you, he’s not worried any more.

Well they whole thing was exposed evidently because the one female cop did not believe that she had gotten the full amount promised to her.

How did the bribe get captured on a cellphone camera?

Knowing Theo’s M.O. I guess the officer wanted insurance, in case it was a set up….
