Posing as Franco DiCaprio with a forged dirvers license and a fake credit card, Pompei bought a $77.000 Rolex wath at Goldfinger Jewelry store on Frontstreet St Maarten, when he attempted to make another purchase at the store, he was promptly arrested.  He is a retiree from Italy, and lives most of the time in The Dominican Republic.
