Guyana threatens to sue Bibi Shaw over allegations….Bibi has been labelled as mentally unstable worldwide, and has been sued because of her lies. Many more details, emails recordings etc.

is this the son who molested his brother bibi shaw

That some people are dumb as a brick is probably not their fault. They were simply not in the front row when God distributed brains. Such is the case with gossip web site writer Bibi Shaw who exposed her own incompetencies when she was thrown out of the courthouse on Wednesday.
Incompetency means according to the Legal Dictionary “The lack of ability, knowledge, legal qualification, or fitness to discharge a required duty or professional obligation.”

The term incompetency has several meanings in the law. When it is used to describe the mental condition of a person subject to legal proceedings, it means the person is neither able to comprehend the nature and consequences of the proceedings nor adequately able to help an attorney with his defense. When it is used to describe the legal qualification of a person, it means the person does not have the legal capacity to enter a contract. When it is employed to describe a professional duty or obligation, it means that the person has demonstrated a lack of ability to perform professional functions.

Whichever part of the definition applies, it remains a fact that Shaw violated courtroom rules when she was blabbing on the phone while court was in session. Another violation was that she had a camera hanging around her neck – also a no no.

But when a prosecutor who attended the hearing professionally pointed this out to the rather obnoxious gossip-writer, Shaw did not want to listen and in the end a policeman removed her from the court room.

End of story?

Hm. Shaw drew her own conclusions. But first, let’s have a look at how she sees herself. On her Facebook page, Shaw describes herself like this: “I am an easy going person, straight forward and honest. I love to help people in need. Please I don’t want messages from lesbians.”

Back to the courtroom-story. The actions of the prosecutor “clearly portrayed racism” she managed to utter on her site.

Really?

Apparently, Shaw has trouble understanding the true meaning of racism. Let’s see what the respectable Merriam-Webster dictionary has to say about this term: “A belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race.”

The dictionary gives a couple of examples to clarify the term.

“Hitler’s declaration of his belief in a “master race” was an indication of the inherent racism of the Nazi movement.”

“The recording career of the Henderson band was brief … due partly to the racism of booking agencies that didn’t take on black acts until the mid-’30s, when Henderson’s career was on the downswing. —Greg Tate, Vibe, April 1995.”

“Today, Hawaii has one of the most diverse populations anywhere. Each group has its own stories of prejudice and opportunities limited by racism. —Jill Center, San Francisco Chronicle, March 16, 1995.”

These examples make clear that when a white prosecutor calls a black or colored gossip writer on her behavior this has nothing to do with racism.

But there is of course racism involved in this story. People who cry racism usually have no real arguments to bring to the party. They wallow in the black and white issue, take the role of the underdog and cry foul to hide their shortcomings. That’s what Shaw did. So in fact, by making the incident a racial matter – while racism was nowhere to be seen – the real racist in this story is none other than Bibi Shaw herself.

“Accusations are totally unfounded”

GEORGETOWN, Guyana – According to the Demerara Waves Online News site, the Guyanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday denied irregularities during the provision of consular services to Guyanese nationals residing in St. Maarten. The foreign ministry has since threatened to take the publisher of the St. Martin News Network (SMN) website, Bibi Hodge Shaw, to court if she continues to malign the characters of the public servants of Guyana and St. Maarten by making “unfortunate accusations that are totally unfounded.”

Shaw had claimed that Guyana’s consul general to Barbados Michael Brotherson and Antigua-based Vanessa Fraser had been huddled in a room at the Maho Resort providing consular services without adequate notice or a meeting with Guyanese residents. The reporter also claimed that fees paid were allegedly taken out of St. Maarten without the necessary paperwork.

“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs wishes to inform that in an effort to strengthen the relations between Guyana and St. Maarten, and to better serve the Guyanese community, a request was made to the Kingdom of the Netherlands for its approval for the appointment of a consular representative to be accredited in St Maarten.  The ministry is awaiting a response to this request,” the Guyanese foreign ministry said.

Georgetown also announced that it was still awaiting a response from the Netherlands for the appointment of an official to provide consular services there.

Demerara Waves Online News was told that the application was made this month. There are close to 3,000 Guyanese legally residing on St. Maarten, but the overall population of those nationals is much higher when illegal residents are added.

Reacting to a damning article on Shaw’s SMN website that Brotherson had allegedly provided consular services in violation of the rules and procedures, the Guyanese government assured that his visit was made in keeping with St. Maarten’s rules. “This visit was made only after the necessary protocols were followed between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Guyana and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of St Maarten.”

On the matter of financial transactions for the provision of consular services, the foreign ministry advised that all consular fees, as fixed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Guyana, were processed in accordance with the financial regulations of the Guyanese government, with the required government receipts issued.  “All such revenue is remitted to the Government of Guyana

Consolidated Fund.”

I heard of an editorial written in one of the dailies today and so I read it. After analyzing what was written I can only say JEALOUSY kills. The writer of the Editorial failed to mention that Jairo Bloem appealed the case of slander against them…. Misinformation as it best… They said they approached Bloem and shoo…k his hand and so for them the matter is over… Well for Bloem the case is far from over… The APPEAL COURT WILL DECIDE that in the near future. The editoral went on to say that we slander the newspaper‘s editor who admitted he stole our work and did not remember to give credit. Not once they admitted but twice, while giving all sorts of lousy excuse for being a thief. They wrote about two articles we wrote, which they criticized even though the Chief of Police spoke to us and gave his version of what is happening in the detective department. They they talked about SMMC demanding a down payment or SZV card. Here you have people who claim to be writers criticizing a mother for speaking out… No wonder they have no children of their own. The same writer spoke about Slander without failing to admit that they are guilty on all accounts for the such. Let us remind them of the article they wrote accusing MP J.J Leonard of Nepotism when he walked Romain Laville back to seat on November 17 during a parliamentary meeting. They said that Leonard did that because he was protecting Tamara Leonard.. They say Tamara was the MP’s daughter… All of which are false reporting. The MP in question had to take the nonsense for a whole weekend until the newspaper editor decided that I should apologize in his Monday’s edition… BY then the damage was already done. Case number two this is the same writer who accused Regina Labega of sleeping with someone and was forced to publish a retraction… Case number three… This same newspaper asked us to use our photos of the Silvia Lynch case and we said okay since you dont have staff to do your work use or photos but credit us… Guess what the editor was too busy writing his critical commentaries that he did not take the time to select the correct photo of the driver of the il lfated truck that killed the 13 year old.. He published a photo of heavy equipment driver who was testing the brakes of the truck for police. That driver suffered one whole weekend before his name could have been cleared by this slandersous writer… So readers of SMN News be your own judge.
