We will wait until Jacinto Mock contacts us back, to give you the complete story.

What is at issue is whether the article of association is acceptable as it is by the Chairman of the Electoral Council Bert Hoffman. If anyone want to find fault they will find fault even in perfection. The Electoral Council neglects that its a new party which yet has to undergo evolvement to establish by-laws. Two persons can read the same article and the one with experience and less corupt-minded will conclude differently as to whether it is functionable.

The Electoral Council should refrain from playing court and the notary should refrain from playing police. Do you know how many investors and locals have to go to notaries? If they so wish they could end up in court and given the round-around while their capital is depleted. There is no need for specifity because it is not an education program. Political parties should remain flexible and free from stating everything in the article. Some space for uniqueness and ingenuity should be reserved. Its a matter of freedom and space for growth. Ofcourse, since you mentioned coruption, the notary could purposely mess up the article of association and in collusion with the electoral council have you return as many times as they wish to have it redone. That would be malicious forethough. In that case its an abuse and against Human Rights. To throw some back in life or to prevent someone from growing or participating in a democratic process is a crime against our conscience and our country as well. Notaries and government organs should be ethical and conduct themselves professionaly and less on hearsay and personal feelings. And it could happen in some cases if the notaries and the electoral council wnat to get rid of some pro-independence political parties, etc.
