MORE PHOTOS, LATEST UPDATE ON UNTIMELY DEATH OF CURTIS KING HEYLIGER- RESIDENCE BLAME RESPONSE, POLICE STATE DEATH INSTANTANEOUS

Death: Curtis Heyliger, son of Member of Parliament Theodore Heyliger who is also the leader of the UPP and Debbie Debra Richardson Zwanniken died in a tragic road accident that occurred at approximately 4:00am Tuesday morning. According to Police Spokesman Ricardo Henson the car had been driving at a high speed on L.B. Scott Road in St Maarten.

The car first crashed into a concrete, and then slammed into a wooden structure, before careening into a pickup truck inside a yard
It is considered to be a single vehicle accident, with no others were involved.
Curtis Heyliger succumbed to his injuries according to the department instantaneously.
Curtis Heyliger is the oldest child of Theo Heyliger and Debbie (Debra) Richardson Zwanniken who resides at Bouganville Road,

Police Statement:
On Wednesday May 28th, 2014 at approximately 4:00am, the Police Dispatch received a call concerning an accident that had taken place on L.B. Scot Road in Cul de Sac. They were informed that the driver of the car had been seriously injured. Several police patrols, paramedics and Fire Department personnel arrived on the scene to handle the situation.
According to the police department the response was immediate, but residence in the area are claiming that the Fire Department and Ambulance took up to two hours to appear, although they were located less than 5 minutes away. On the scene the officers found a demolished blue Ford Eagle license plate M-6380 . A section o L.B. Scott road was immediately cordoned off by police and other medical professionals . It is reported that the Fire Department used “jaws of life” to open the vehicle to rescue the victim. It was however too late,
Doctor Michael Mercuur was called to the scenes and pronounced the death of Curtis King Heyliger. The victim was removed from the wreck and taken to the morgue.
According to the Traffic Department all evidence points to the victim traveling at very high speed from St Peters to the Grand Marche Cul de Sac. The victim lost control of the vehicle, at a high speed, and the car careen into a concrete fence and a wooden structure on the premises and collided with a pick-up parked in the yard.
