First Peter de Witte had his boy Van De Schaap try to arrest me, and to sign papers claiming that I was a ‘racist’ for calling Officer Van de Schaap an a White asshole. Technically, I would have been a ‘colorist’ not a racist, since ‘white’ is not a race, but a color. Had I called him a “Caucasian asshole” then I would have been a racist.
Then Peter de Witte tried to get me locked up at Mental Health- but after they evaluated me, and studied me like a guinea pig for two weeks, the released me with NO Mental Health Diagnosis. By law if you do have a Mental impairment- they will keep you locked up- against your will for at least six months.
I am AUTISTIC, and like Dr Lloyd Richardson said, there is no help for us in St Maarten.
I have lots of video etc when that all went down, from the police illegally entering my home, to them handcuffing me on my bed, at 3 am. To this day I have NOT been charged with ANYTHING.
AFTER ALL THIS- THE CHIEF SIGNED THE ABOVE AGREEMENT WITH ME………
NOW HE CAN SUE ME FOR DISCLOSING THE INFORMATION- AND WE CAN ALL GO TO COURT,
BUT FROM WHAT I’VE BEEN MADE TO UNDERSTAND IT IS AN ILLEGAL DOCUMENT BETWEEN THE POLICE CHIEF PETER DE WITTE AND I.
People- believe what you want to believe- FACTS GOT MY BACK.
Now Bibi Ho Shaw, running around on Peter’s orders calling me this and that- and Peter de Witte and Vandaam are encouraging it, because when I met with the Prosecutor and the Police at the station- the prosecutor in no uncertain terms said that Bibi Shaw Hodge HAD to stop slandering me in her blog.
Bibi NEVER stopped- now she’s riding The Prosecutors Office like a donkey, because they are busy with murder and gang violence and real crime, and won’t come and plant bogus evidence at my home- and arrest me.
The Lands Recherche, the Prosecutor and I, know a LOT more than that fool Bibi Hodge Shaw.
De Witte doesn’t like what I write, he wanted me locked up – so he used Bibi, because how could he arrest me under direct orders, when we had A SIGNED AGREEMENT.
Since then, De Witte has tried to get me charged and locked up several times- like I’m the one getting HOOKERS pregnant, and using my pull with immigration to get some HOOKER’S documents fixed. If she was working and living illegally on the island. What ever he did to help her was ILLEGAL!!!
SO WHO NEEDS TO BE LOCKED UP FOR CRIMES???
I want to go to court….

If this is true, the chief of police need to be arrested for extortion and for misusing his power as a police officer. This is really terrible. Was this money taken out of his own pocket or from the police crime funds? Who else signed at the bottom of his signature? It’s partially hidden.

Thats why he friends Bibi Shaw. To stop her from blogging the truth about his secrets and wrong doings. She finally took down the videos and pictures of him in her house and she now defend him and delete any and every post on her site about him but you can post on anyone else whether is true or not. His addiction to gambling is what allowed those casino and pimp bosses to make him their puppet and pay him a monthly salary. he lived in those places. he and his partner in crime bute from the vks. The entire truth why they broke into his home and got away with close to 30 thousand dollars may never me known but one thing, Jaap knew he had money hidden in his house because he pays him too so maybe one the prostitutes who he took home leaked the information. So this little bribe is just a small part of the story. He was bribed many times himself by businessmen.

I know about the money that was taken, what de Witte doesn’t know, is that Bibi Hodge Shaw had HUGE problems with him, but pretended to be ‘cool’ with him, behind the scenes she was feeding me info about exactly what you wrote above. Bibi Shaw Had/has it out for Peter de Witte too, but she tried to use ME to do the hit- but all I did was carefully document the email communications, and the phone calls and texts.

I am aware of his addiction to young, good looking, Black females and prostitutes- which is not a crime. Peter de Witte has been running a nonstop chocolate train since arriving in Sint Maarten. There is a HAREM, they are the so called ‘dancers’ under the management of the Casino owners. He owns dozens of women from different nationalities- they do dance- but they are also meant to entice powerful men in St Maarten. What Peter should have done, was discretely step back from his job, ‘retire’ in good standing. Take the girl back to Holland, marry her and made a respectable woman out of her. That’s what he should have done- but he didn’t- he’s stayed at the card table too long.
