The letter signed by Mr. Wycliff Smith, Frans Richardson, Leonard Priest, Benjamin Ortega, Mercedes van Der Waals-Wyatt, Don Hughes and Sarah Wescot has been expected since Tuesday.

Very strange that Frans Richardson signed, considering he is facing allegations of vote buying.
