Michael Marte, 53, was arrested on the Caribbean island of Sint Maarten on December 27, 2018, after being indicted on federal charges in connection with the May 10, 2018 inferno that destroyed two buildings.The two buildings, located at both 1920 and 1930 Grove Street in Denver, contained 14 townhomes and were in the final phases of construction when the fire started.
