The prosecution requested, on January 21, a ten-month prison sentence and a driving ban for two years against FBC which had caused a road accident on January 3, 2020 in which JC found the dead.
The local court of Saint-Martin delivered its deliberation this morning and found FBC guilty of the acts with which it was accused, namely manslaughter. She was sentenced to eighteen months in prison, six of which were suspended on probation for two years including an obligation of care and a ban on taking a driving license for two years.
