Brothers Sentences Upheld Frankie Brunache Murder

The Court of Appeals sentenced H.H.M. aged 24 to 22 years imprison while H.F.M age 27 was sentenced to 25 years for the liquidation of Frankie Brunache at the Hope Estate on January 24th 2017.

In The Court of First Instance they had both been sentenced to 25 years imprisonment. The liquidation was carried out while H.F.M. was on probation and on trial for another offense.

That is the reason given for the 25 year sentence.

The Court found it proven that they had both carried put the hit on Brunache
