Dear Judy, a lots of rumours everytime Theo is off island.
As soon as he returns everything turns to normal, because no Parlementarian wants to really lose his/her seat.
And they all know that Theo has the ‘baton’ to correct them all, namely he instructs Marcel to apply article 59 of the Constitution and
have Parliament dissolve and call for new elections within three months. And what would you think will happen to these lone
rangers/bombs in Parliament. None will make it back in Parliament. So the boys and girls are scared to death to really aggravate Theo.
