Boats registered in Sint Maarten and Anguilla are re-allowed in the waters of Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy under certain conditions.
Pleasure craft
Pleasure boats from Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, Sint Maarten and Anguilla are allowed to moor or drop anchor again. Only people with compelling reasons and a negative PCR test of less than 72 hours are allowed to disembark. They must also complete a statement under oath. Residents of Saint-Martin, St. Maarten and Anguilla are exempt from PCR testing if the layover is less than three days.
Passenger ship
Maritime shuttles, charters, yachts can stop at the dock or anchor provided the passengers present a compelling reason, a negative PCR test of less than 72 hours and a declaration on their honor that they have no symptoms. The carrier must also provide the CROSS and the port authority with the passenger list. Passengers resident in Sint Maarten, Sint Maarten and Anguilla are exempt from PCR testing if the stay is less than three days.
Day charter
Day navigation (round trip) from the same embarkation / disembarkation point (including the Dutch part) is permitted on the condition that passengers can provide a self-declaration of freedom from symptoms. However, they should not provide a PCR test and a convincing pattern.
Finally, it is reminded that any person on board a vessel, whether for personal or professional use, must respect the gestures of the barrier and wear a protective mask. On passenger ships, the health measures taken must be indicated in a document.
