Borders Dutch side open, no C-waiver needed (01-08-2020)
The Sint Maarten Police Force is currently receiving many requests for border crossing waiver forms. The Dutch side does not require any kind of waiver forms, the borders from and to the Dutch side are open for all residents (Dutch and French).
