General Restrictions: Anguilla ports are closed to all passenger vessels. Ferry flights in to pick up foreign nationals to return to home country are allowed. Allowed flights are considered on a case by case basis.
Passenger Restrictions: Passengers are NOT allowed to enter Anguilla. No exceptions. Charter flights have been allowed on a case by case basis for the departure of visitor from the territory.
Crew: Extended ground time and overnight stays are not permitted for crew. Expect quick turnarounds.

Passenger Restrictions: Only Nationals of Antigua and Barbuda are allowed entry at this time. Hotels are available but most are closed.
Crew: No crew rest is available for Non-Nationals. Turn around time is 3 hours or less. For Nationals of Antigua and Barbuda, most hotels are closed. The Hodges Bay Club is currently open, as well as the Sugar Ridge.
Tech Stop Details: Tech stop is allowed with no disembarkation between the hours of 0600 lcl and 1800 lcl. All services are available, however Catering requires advanced notice. Turn around time is 3 hours or less. Passengers onboard require Travel History for last 28 days. No overnight stays are available.
Special Considerations: Cargo Flights, Repatriation Flights, Technical Stops; no overtime is allowed.

Aruba April 1, 2020
General restrictions: Effective March 29, 2020, Aruba will restrict entry to Aruba to all travelers, including legal residents of Aruba.

Bahamas May 13, 2020

General restrictions: The Government of the Bahamas has restricted air transport into and throughout The Bahamas. The Country is closed to all incoming pax. Odyssey Aviation has received approval from The Competent Authority (Bahamas CAA) to remain open and operational with specific guidelines.
Please note: all flights, international or domestic require approval from the competent authority prior to operation.
Permitted – international private charter flights arriving empty to collect passengers. Aircrafts will be allowed entry provided they are not inbound from countries on restricted list (UK, Ireland & Europe, china, Iran, Italy & South Korea). Pilot(s) are to remain with the aircraft at all times. All paperwork will be presented to the crew onboard/at the aircraft. Once all formalities are completed, passengers will be escorted to aircraft.Permitted – citizens of the Bahamas, residents of the Bahamas or a homeowner in the Bahamas wishing to enter the Bahamas from another country – request must be made to the competent authority and approval to enter the Bahamas must be received prior to travel.

Barbados May 4, 2020
Restriction expiration: May 17, 2020.
General Restrictions: Authorities in Barbados announced new restrictions, including a mandatory quarantine for any person entering the country through May 4, 2020. Passenger flights are not allowed between the hours of 2200z and 1000z.
Passenger Restrictions: Until further notice, all persons arriving on the island from any nation by air or water will be placed in a government facility for 14 days as part of a mandatory quarantine. Suspension of commercial international flights, with negotiations for some airlines to provide limited services. Persons arriving from China, Iran, South Korea, Europe, and the US will be subject to a 14-day quarantine.
Crew: Crew may spend ONE night but they will be quarantined at the hotel until departure. Crew may remain onboard the aircraft to rest.
Tech Stop Details: Crew / Pax must remain onboard; Quick turns only. All services are available. Crew cannot leave the aircraft and crew rest is unavailable.
Special Considerations: Fuel is available during the hours of 0600 and 1800 local. They must be given prior notice outside of these hours so that they can be available.
Note that as the country is on a lockdown 90% of the hotels , all restaurants are closed so there are no amenities available during the lockdown period.
Should catering be needed for an aircraft notice should be given at least 48 hours in advance to ensure delivery.

Belize May 4, 2020

General Restrictions: There is a complete closure of all borders and ports of entry. Cenamer ACC/FIR will be Providing FIS for aircraft overflying through Belizean airspace below Fl200. Operatings conducting flights for exempt missions must request permission 48 hours in advance and must wait for special clearance from the Belize director of civil aviation.

General Restrictions: **Most Bermuda PPRs are being issued 0300z on the zulu day of operations (9pm Bermuda local time). TXKF is open but limited to returning Bermuda citizens, medevac flights and cargo flights. All flights must receive a PPR from the Airport Authority via the https://bda.vortexcms.com/ppr link at least 48 hours in advance of the flight.
Cargo flights are restricted to three days per week.
Health Forms are required to be completed by all flight crew, medical crew (if applicable), patients and passengers. The health forms should be sent to althomas@gov.bm; ado@skyport.bm and fbo@cedaraviation.com.

British Virgin Islands May 11, 2020

General restrictions: As of Sunday, 22 March, entry by sea or air for all passengers is prohibited for 14 days. The restriction does not apply to freight, cargo or courier craft or vessels.
Crew: International crew members on incoming vessels will be required to remain within the port facility.
Cayman Islands May 13, 2020
Restriction expiration: May 31, 2020.
General Restrictions: Authorities in the Cayman Islands have extended and expanded a previously imposed curfew order Until Further Notice, as part of the territory’s efforts to combat the spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19). Residents must remain inside their houses every day between 1900-0700.Repatriation flights (i.e. charters, etc.) are being allowed to return foreign residents to their respective countries.
Exceptions:
Special Permission Charter / Private Flights routed through civil.aviation@caacayman.com until further notice, as soon as is practicable for approval prior to operation.The request for the repatriation flights/air ambulances, which should include passenger information, along with the technical aviation details of the air operator to provide the service should be directed to the Civil Aviation Authority of the Cayman Islands, the central coordinating organization. The CAACI will re-direct any special request or situations to the appropriate agency for approval and revert to the applicant with a decision and information.The aircraft operator should apply to the CAACI for the requisite operating permit or verification if they are in possession of an existing CAACI authorization.
Passenger Restrictions: Officials had previously announced a ban for all foreign nationals arriving at the islands. As a result of this ban, at Owen Roberts International Airport (GCM) and Charles Kirkconnell International Airport (CYB) closures have been extended until further notice. Pax need to quarantine for 14 days in a Government Facility.

General Restrictions: All international general aviation and airport operators suspension of flight from and to airports in the Dominican Republic. Only air ambulance are allowed by the government with the proper documentation. All part 91 / part 135 are suspended. Ferry operations to repatriate aliens will be analyzed by the Dominican Civil Aviation for approval. Ferry flights must come with double crew as they are not allowed to disembark. Cargo flights are operating normally. Some permits are approved based on passengers emergency or by any special needs.
Tech Stop Details: Tech stops for refueling are approved on a case by case basis.

Any one allowed to enter will be required to remain in quarantine at a facility designated by the government for a period of 14 days. Anyone who has entered Jamaica after March 18th, must contact the Ministry and provide the address where that person can be located. St. BartsMay 11, 2020
Restriction expiration: June 1, 2020
General Restrictions: St-barthelemy is closing the border to foreign nationals who lack a Residence permit in one of the schengen member and associated states European union or united kingdom, unless they are arriving on a flight from those areas.
Flights for leisure and sport are prohibited.
The airports will be open for intl flights enabling foreign nationals to travel out of st-barthelemy. Airlines shall inform outbound passengers about restrictions applicable to them at the place of dest. Airline shall not embark pax subject to access ban at the place of dest.
All crew and minimum support staff that are required to carry out cargo and pax flights are exempt from the travel restrictions overnight stays should check.
The aircraft carrier is responsible for assessing prior to flt that all pax travel intents are with respect to one of the stated conditions. Air pax must provide a written commitment stating the precise reason why they travel. The aircraft carrier has to provide the regional health agency with an extensive list of pax details containing their name, phone numbers, travel reasons and postal addresses to the airport authorities.
Exceptions: Provisions will be made for repatriations, essential services, and for health and sanitation reasons. Cargo aircraft will continue to operate.

General restrictions: Authorities in Saint Kitts and Nevis will extend the 24-hour curfew from 1900 April 9 to 0600 April 16 and will impose a nightly curfew 1900-0600 April 16-18. The government previously ordered the closure of all airports to arriving nonresidents, legal residents, and nationals March 25, until further notice. All information for repatriation flight must be received at least 5 days before actual arrival and departure date requested. This is to give us enough time to apply for permission from the COVID – 19 TASK Committee. Full information is needed for crew and passengers i.e.: DOB, Passport number, Passport expiry date etc. We would also need a list of all countries visited in the last 14-days by the operating crew.
Passenger Restrictions: No arriving passengers.
Crew: No Overnight and no leaving the environs of the aircraft.
Special Considerations: Cargo and Medical aircraft are not affected by the current restrictions. We will also be giving 50% discount for all Medical Flight until 30 June 2020.

General restrictions: The government of St Maarten is prohibiting transport of all passengers to TNCM. Exempted are cargo flights, flights for the repatriation of nationals back to their respective countries, essential flights from Saba and Sint Eustatius, the transport of medical staff in the interest of public health with clearance of government of Sint Maarten, charter flights approved by Sint Maarten Aviation Authority, duty airline crew, state aircraft with diplomatic clearance technical/fuel stops without pax disembarkation, medical emergency flights with clearance of the government of Sint Maarten, situations related to weather or aircraft safety, no restrictions for overflights. The exemption must be indicated in the flight plan in item 18.
If a flight is granted, usual services are available with request. Most airports in Sint Maarten are under the same, if not stricter restrictions than that mentioned. At this time, overnight crew rest is not possible. If operating for an approved purpose, it is recommenced to allow 48 hours to apply for the landing permit. Will only be approved on a case-by-case basis.
