Boats from Sint Maarten and Anguilla re-authorized to anchor in the waters of Saint-Martin

Pleasure boats from Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, Sint Maarten and Anguilla are allowed to moor or drop anchor again. Only people with compelling reasons and a negative PCR test of less than 72 hours are allowed to disembark. They must also complete a statement under oath. Residents of Saint-Martin, St. Maarten and Anguilla are exempt from PCR testing if the layover is less than three days.

U.S. Consular Officer to Hold Appointments in Sint Maarten on February 2, 2021

The U.S. Consulate General Curaçao is pleased to announce that a Consular Officer will visit Sint Maarten on February 2, 2021. Appointments will be held at Government Building at Soualiga Road#1. Conference room #1 on the ground floor from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm. The officer will provide U.S. Citizens Services and accept applications for U.S. passports, Consular Reports of Birth Abroad (CRBA), and Notarial Services. Unfortunately, we are not able to discuss visa cases during these outreach trips.

IMPORTANT COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
IT IS REQUIRED TO WEAR A PROTECTIVE CLOTH MASK WHEN ENTERING GOVERNMENT BUILDING FOR CONSULAR SERVICES.
