Explorer of the Seas Cruise Will Be Stopping In St Maarten Instead. Will Skip Antigua, St Lucia, Barbados, Dominica. Itineraries Affected Due to Storms

DIRTY DUTCH COP LOSES APPEAL: Former Chairman of Police Works Council, Frank Giltay GUILTY of blowing police money on lavish trips to St Maarten & Curacao. MORE CHARGES TO COME!

He and his wife made candy trips to Curaçao and Sint Maarten and spent the night there in expensive hotels, according to the police. Curacao in the Middle Of Major Blackout

[TOTAL BLACKOUT] The entire island, from East point to West point, is without power. Aqualectra confirms this.

Aqualectra gives priority to restarting everything and is now doing everything it can.

Then the exact cause is examined. There would have been an explosion and fire this morning in a transformer at CRU on the Isla site. Aqualectra cannot yet confirm whether that is the cause.

Such a total blackout has not taken place in Curaçao since 2006.

UPDATE: In a press release, Aqualectra says they hope to have the power back within two hours.
