But like all of my friends and followers KNOW on my page, OVER 6500 have always known, that Cor Merx, a former Prosecutor and Judge, who was arrested, convicted and imprisoned for stalking his ex, trying to set her up on drug charges, fraud, releasing at least 11 prisoners for cash in hand has NEVER BEEN MY LAWYER! And it certainly can be PROVEN, that he was NEVER approved by me, or my team to be my lawyer. Vice President of the Courts, Katje Mans and her sidepiece Judge Mauritsz de Korts tried a ‘fast one’ but then, Honorable Judge Katje Mans, made a FATAL error, by accidently emailing ME, Judith Roumou their STRATEGY in dealing with me, and it certainly EXPOSED the dirty SXM Judicial system for who they really are.

Here is the full article transcribed from the Daily Herald. Philipsburg- Bogger J.R., who was arrested twice for various ‘crimes’ and then released, has sent her appointed attorney Cor Merx Packing. R. had signaled from the inception her displeasure at Merx representing her. Merx said on Wednesday that he had advised R to inform the Prosecutor and the Judge of Investigations via ‘a simple letter’ that she ‘does not want or need my services anymore.’ He said this had been done on Monday. ‘So I have fulfilled my duty as a professional, and she is free to go and ask who (and how many lawyers) ever she wants to represent her,’ Merx said.
It could not be ascertained whether R. now has a new attorney and, if so, who the new attorney is. R. is expected to appear in Court on October 21 for new ‘crimes’ she had committed, Prosecutor’s Office spokesperson Karola van Nie had said in an earlier release. For her most recent arrest, the Prosecutor’s Office had dropped some of the conditions that had been attached to the suspension of R.’s pre trial detention. R. is no longer obligated to cooperate with the Probation Department or a psychologist or psychiatrist. However, she still is not allowed to contact the persons who pressed charges against her and she still needs to be available for the police and the Justice Department.
R. also “cannot commit new crimes,’ Van Nie had said.
R. was first arrested on June 30 for a number of offenses, including slander, defamation, insult, threat, harassment, and extortion, after several persons pressed charges against her for the offenses from January 2014 to June. The offenses were committed via social meda and in person, the Prosecutors Office had said at the time.
R.’s initial arrest was followed by a house search at her home in St. Peters. Her second arrest concerned ‘offending an attorney and a police officer in public.

Since my release from jail in July I have been in direct contact with the Netherlands.
The St Maarten OM Prosecutors are required to send all official documents to me, and to the Netherlands.
This is why I am confident, because I am not the only person who is aware of the panic going on behind the scenes at the Prosecutors Office, the Police Station, and in the Courts.
I have been advised to remain media silent as much as possible concerning the case, but I had to blog something today.
Cor Merx, the Criminal ex Prosecutor and Judge has NEVER been my attorney.
Judge Mauritsz de Kort in front of witnesses said that it was his responsibility to get me a non-biased, no conflict attorney. He assured me that that it was not my concern, that it was his job as judge to appoint me an Aruban attorney. After swearing to that in Court, Judge Mauritsz de Kort than APPROVED Cor Merx as my attorney. We have the written communication, and more as evidence, that as soon as Mauritsz de Kort recommended him, we said “NO, because he is a convicted, criminal ex Prosecutor and Judge. We listed all of his crimes. All of Cor Merx crimes were not ‘good enough’ and DIRTY Mauritsz the Korts REFUSED to take no for an answer concerning, criminal Cor Merx.
When I continued to REFUSE Cor Merx, they came to lock me up on bogus charges. Saying that it was a crime to use the words ‘scunt’ and say ‘bend over no vaseline’. Although her boyfriend Judge Mauritz de Kort had explicitly told me that I had the right to blog and my freedom of speech. When I got to the Courts this time, the Judge was his girlfriend Vice President of the Courts, Katje Mans. And I guess her job was to act like she was an ‘impartial-unbiased’ Judge.. lol She then told me, that I did NOT have freedom of speech in my country.
Like I said, luckily everything goes directly to the Netherlands. Evidently My Judge #1 Mauritsz de Korts, the judge who SIGNED to have my dog and kittens killed, emailed Katje Mans in a panic.
Katje Mans response to Mauritsz de Korts panic was more than shocking, in her own haste SHE ACCIDENTLY EMAILED JUDITH ROUMOU, AN EMAIL MEANT HER HER SIDEPIECE JUDGE MAURITSZ DE KORTS.

Much more to come, the Judges and Prosecutors have shot themselves in the foot and have PROVENED that Judith Roumou CANNOT get a fair trial in any St Maarten Courtroom.. So it will get interesting
As soon as Vice President of the Courts Katje Mans emailed her ‘strategy’ letter to me by accident, that email was on the streets of Rotterdam, Amsterdam, and Den Haag within seconds. Because I couldn’t believe what I was reading.. When you are reading someones actually strategy to use against you, it can be fascinating reading.
Ronald Plasterk’s people visited my house, and PERSONALLY gave me Katje Mans email, consider she is the Vice President of the Courts, my new Judge and blablablabla
As soon as I dropped her email on EVERYONE from Philipsburg, to Otrabanda to Den Haag, Ms Katje Mans not only went on VACATION, but she has now BLOCKED me from emailing me. Now understand that these CORRUPT Judges have ORDERED me to communicate with them via email.. Now a bitch got busted she is blocking me, so I can’t communicate with her.. but y’all know 🙂 to be continued 🙂
