Dutch Funds To Sint Maarten Unlawful According To Court Of Audit
The Court of Audit in the Netherlands wants the Minister of the Interior and Kingdom Relations (BZK) to request prior approval from the House of Representatives for future new loans. This should be done through a regular budget law.

De Rekenkamer is zelfs van mening dat de eerste tranche van de leningen aan Aruba, Curaçao en Sint-Maarten onrechtmatig was. De Tweede Kamer was niet tijdig schriftelijk is geïnformeerd door de minister, maar het geld werd wel overgemaakt.
