** PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT **
Endorsement / Support of the Political candidate list
Each candidate list should be supported by 136 voters. (Art 23 Electoral ordinance)
This support is carried out by the placing of signatures on one candidate list by voters as referred to in article 39 paragraph 2 of the Electoral ordinance at the Civil registry Department, Philipsburg on Friday, November 22nd, 2019 from 9.00 hours to 16.00 hours. The same voter shall not be allowed to sign more than one list or copy thereof.
The support of the candidate lists shall only be endorsed by an eligible voter whom can identify himself or herself by means of:
• A valid identity card as referred to in article 1 of the National Identity Cards Regulation (P.B. 1965, no 17);
• A valid passport;
• A valid driver’s license;
This obligation shall not apply to a candidate list of a political party to which one or more seats have been awarded at the last parliamentary election.
