According to Plasterk at today’s hearing,
no decision has been made when it comes to the selection of a Integrity Committe for St Maarten…
The negotiations between the Dutch Netherlands Government and the Dutch Sint Maarten government are at an impasse.
“.. The devil is in the details……”
They have requested advice from The First Chamber.
The door is open to negotiations until June.
If by June there is no Integrity Committe formed, depending on the advice,
(which should be favorable for Parliament.)
Then an Integrity Committee will be unilaterally appointed by the Rijks Ministeraad.
