Basically, Francesco Corallo tried to sue the Knipsel Krant because they quoted the Italian Government who labelled him as a drug dealing, human peddling, MAFIA BOSS…..Among MANY other things…
So, rather than suing the Italian Authorities for calling him every name in the book, Corallo decided to invest good money, that he could be using to pay off his Billion Dollar tax bill, to pay a bunch of lawyers, to SUE anyone who quoted or repeated what the Italian Authorities called him in his ‘reference check’.
Coincidently while the Knipsel Krant Curacao (KKCuracao.info) was being sued, they were also being subjected to illegal and criminal cyber attacks, to illegally bring down their website, which proudly proclaimed that Francesco Corallo was… and still is…
A MAFIA BOSS!
At least according to his own Italian Authority.
His Dutch rights should be revoked if it was done illegally, or if he’s charged in any of these felonies. If he got his Dutch rights through illegal activities, any legal document should be rendered
“NULL AND VOID”!
Also by chance, dirty St Maarten politicians, seemingly being guided by Francesco Corallo and his money also sued Dutch Parliamentarian Andre Bosman. Corallo also threatened another Parliamentarian Ronald Van Raak with a lawsuit.
When I posted about Mafia Boss Francesco Corallo… they couldn’t sue me… so they simply ARRESTED ME! 🙂

Just like Bosman made a joke out of Cornelius De Weever in the Netherlands Court, The Knipsel Krant did the same.
The Judge ruled that the lawsuit was baseless, a waste of taxpayers money, and people’s time. (my translation)
So Corallo’s attorney, some dude named Spong, who is famous in Holland – but no where else on earth, now wants to appeal on some article 12 bullshit.
He’s appealing the fact, that the judge rejected his case.
Now in the Dutch article below, Spong really isn’t saying much…
Except that it will take all the way into 2016 just for them to get to court about the rejection of Corallo’s case against the KKCuracao.info website.
If I were on Corallo’s payroll, and I was billing him over a thousand dollars per hour, KNOWING that the case could never be won….
I would want to extend it into 2016 too 🙂
Because if I were a sleazy lawyer, who was just hired by a billionaire…who doesn’t pay taxes…
I would bill him a PRIME hourly rate, into eternity ! 🙂 Cha Ching!!!

SDEN HAAG — Het duurt mogelijk nog tot volgend jaar voor er duidelijkheid is over een mogelijke rechtszaak van zakenman Francisco Corallo tegen Knipselkrant Curaçao. Dat meldt Corallo’s advocaat Gerard Spong vandaag desgevraagd.
Spong deed namens zijn client aangifte van smaad en laster tegen Knipselkrant Curaçao bij het Openbaar Ministerie van Rotterdam, maar dat besloot in mei om de zaak niet in behandeling te nemen.
“Onze capaciteit is schaars en die gebruiken we liever op andere gebieden”,
aldus een woordvoerder destijds. Eerder deze maand maakte Spong bezwaar bij het gerechtshof tegen die beslissing om niet tot vervolging over te gaan, een zogeheten artikel 12-procedure.
Het gerechtshof beoordeelt of het OM de juiste beslissing heeft genomen en kan de betrokken officier van justitie opdracht geven om alsnog tot vervolging over te gaan of de vervolging voort te zetten. Die beoordeling neemt echter wel tijd in beslag.
“Een termijn inzake de artikel 12-procedure is helaas niet te geven. Het kan nog wel zes tot negen maanden duren”,
aldus Spong. De advocaat meldt verder dat er voldoende reden is om Knipselkrant te vervolgen en de zaak voor een rechter te brengen.
“Het belang van de gevraagde vervolging ligt in de omstandigheid dat de heer Corallo er schoon genoeg van heeft om bij voortduring op laag bij de grondse wijze mikpunt van beledigingen, laster en/of smaad te zijn.”
Knipselkrant Curaçao brengt dagelijks een overzicht van nieuws uit andere media, maar publiceert ook columns en blogs over het nieuws. In die blogs wordt Corallo omschreven met de term ‘maffiamaatje’.
