Ministers confer in The Hague

A coalition-wide delegation of ministers has left for The Hague to consult with Mark Rutte’s government.

The delegation consists of Prime Minister Eugene Rhuggenaath, Minister of Health Suzy Camelia-Römer and Minister of Finance Kenneth Gijsbertha.

They are going to talk about the desire of the Curaçao government to spread the deficit on the government budget over more years than the current three. the new hospital and the financing of the deficit are also on the agenda.

Finally, Curaçao wants to discuss the development of the financial sector after 2019 and the oil industry due to the end of the involvement of Venezuelan PdVSA in the operation of the refinery.
