MONSTER WAS PAID 500.000 GUILDERS FOR THE ASSASSINATION OF WIEL, TWO INVOLVED IN MURDER ALREADY KILLED

WILLEMSTAD – Suspect Kuwas Elvis , aka ‘Monster‘ , is accused by the prosecution of the shooting of politician Helmin Wiels ( Pueblo Soberano ) on May 5 this year. That emerged during the first trial hearing in the Magnus case involving four defendants on trial today for the murder of Wiels .
Prosecutor Gert Rip let it be known that the police investigation against Monster is completed. ” There is plenty of legal and convincing evidence that he shot Wiels . ” According two three witnesses, Monster admitted to the murder of Wiels These three people have stated this in turn to the police .

The investigation against the three other defendants is ongoing. “The investigation also focuses on other suspects , the actual motives behind the murder that the four defendants involved in. That investigation will continue until there are answers , stated the judge heading the court session..

According to information collected by the police officers,  Kuwas was at the garage of Luigi Florentina , aka Pretu , and there had been an agreement on the day of the murder . In the garage  43- year-old Burney Fonseca was also present  a.k.a. the ‘Godfather ‘ at the Koraal Specht Prison. This would be the man with Pretu gave the assassination  instructions , the weapons were delivered and  the money paid.  There would be 500.000 guilders, 100,000 guilders for the shooter , and the other four hundred thousand Fonseca distributed amongst two others ,  much to the dismay of Monster who wanted more money .

Raul Martinez , aka Bolle , would have driven the car that was used in the murder . The 28 – year-old suspect Carlos Peter also was in the car , according to the prosecutor . Martinez and the 24 -year-old Dangelo Damascus have the car delivered , there was an argument. Damascus is currently being held in a cell in Barber , Peter is stuck in a cell in Rio Canario , Fonseca and Kuwas detained in SDKK prison , to the displeasure of the latter.

Monster’s attorney is claiming that her client is in danger and that there is a fear of food poisoning’
‘Monster’ , on the inside of his right forearm a tattoo that says ” Do or Die ” has , according to lawyer Saran Inderson not sit safely in block 7B . ” As you know it is so leaky as a sieve , and my client has to deal daily with the fact that people would like to make it down to size ,” says Inderson .

She speaks of attempted poisoning via the food that ‘Monster ‘ gets prison and demands that the food is delivered , so that no one knows for whom the food is intended , or that the defendant is enabled to buy his meals with no name . ” My client has fallen , because he does not eat properly ,” said the lawyer.

The prosecutor has announced that it is the management of the prison to healthy food for all. Kuwas If Monster itself has the ability to speak , he still does a request : “Every prisoner has the right to food, care for my food. ”

A striking request comes from the lawyer of the youngest suspect. The 24 – year-old Damascus would like a playstation in his cell , a television or magazines , because the four walls of his cell in Barber frustrate him . No Limit Soldiers
The suspect would be transferred to the prison in Koraalspecht or to prison in St. Maarten. The prosecutor : “In this case, two suspects are already deceased . We do not want any more deaths.
