No fighting: Sint Maarten schoolgirls sentenced to community service
Three schoolgirls who were involved in a fight outside their school with another minor in Sint Maarten will now have to face the consequences.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office in Sint Maarten (OM SXM) says fights involving minors outside of school premises are unacceptable and punishable by the Court.
Three minors were sentenced on March 18 to community service of 60 to 100 hours for mistreating another minor in a fight outside of their school in January 2021.
