This is Lionel Roumou of Ace Hardware, his wife is Orielle Roumou of the Windward Island Bank. They put Lionel Roumou’s name on the bank books of elderly senior citizens, and skim their money. Although the police received the bank statements proving what Lionel and Orielle are doing, I was told by the Chief of Police Peter de Witte yesterday, that they have the proof, but not enough evidence. I believe that the police will never fully investigate Lionel Roumou the serial thief, because they fear dealing with the Roumou family. They will persist his harrassing and trying to incarcerate the messenger though, and of course they’ve tried before, but they haven’t really succeeded in their quest have they? They man above is a thiefing snake, and worse, but right now we’re only talking about his bank skimming scheme of the senior citizens at the Windward Island’s Bank. Congratulations, Lionel Roumou, you got away with stealing Agusta’s money, and you got away with stealing your dead sister’s money.
