According to courthouse sources, former Parliamentarian Leroy de Weever’s lawyer, Geert Hatzmann made a big fool of himself, in court -again- yesterday.
I could not attend the proceedings, when you have priorities in life, there’s no time to attend a mock trial.

Rather than admitting that his client has a history of lashing out and hitting, not just women but any man in his presence, but before he was shielded under the coat of “Parliamentarian Immunity”.
After the blogger was assaulted, Leroy lost both his Parliament seat, and could not become Minister. So Leroy’s next trick was to file false charges against Judith Roumou, AFTER he assaulted her, stole her equipment, threatened to killed her and destroyed her phone.
Blogger Judith Roumou was arrested in June, mostly based on the lies of a vindictive Leroy de Weever, and his hideous daughter Giovanella or Jojo.
The majority of the charges were dropped, because they were obvious blatant lies. Yet the Prosecutors continue to persecute Judith Roumou, KNOWING that she was arrested based on lies by a political elite.
Courthouse sources said, Attorney Geert Hatzmann, who is presumed to be a professional lawyer, made an ass, an embarrassment of himself.
The misogynistic lawyer, attacked the victim fervidly, but could NOT answer any questions, or provide any proof as to what he was saying.
The Prosecutors, they said, played the video of Leroy de Weever approaching and assaulting Judith Roumou but the video was too ‘grainy’.
The trial, a mockery, a show put on to further re-victimize the victim, and allow politician Leroy de Weever, who has assaulted DOZENS of people over the years in his drunken outburst, to play the innocent.
Attorney Hatzmann, tried to question Judith’s mental stability, AFTER the prosecutors made it clear, that there is nothing wrong with her and she does NOT require any evaluation.
Leroy de Weever who appears to be a paranoid-schizophrenic, has not been the same since his father in law mysteriously took a huge fall. He later died. According to sources in the Government Administration building, Leroy de Weever’s paranoia developed after people started to question the mysterious death of his father in law.
According to Leroy de Weever’s former best friend Peter Gunn, he had to end his friendship with Leroy, after Leroy got drunk and paranoid and tried to strangle him.
Peter Gunn, who has been Leroy’s best friend for years described Former Parliamentarian Leroy de Weever like this.. ” Leroy will attend a party and refuse to socialize. He will stand in a corner, watching everyone conversate, and just drink and drink himself into a stupor.” According to Peter Gunn, at some point “Leroy gets paranoid, and he will start approaching people at the party, accusing them of ‘talking about him’ and threatening them. Petrus Leroy de Weever is also infamous in St Maarten, for pulling his gun or threatening to pull his gun on people, because he is a punk who can fight only women…
Leroy de Weever assaulted former politician Rene Richardson, who was more than happy to tell me about it. Leroy got drunk and paranoid, and tried to assault Rene Richardson. Rene Richardson flipped on him, and that was the end of the friendship.
Leroy de Weever has also assaulted a PJD2 Radio announcer, when the announcer went to ‘handle’ Mr De Weever, Leroy de Weever ran to the Police station for protection.
According to Leroy de Weever’s cousin Dr Neville Labega de Weever, Leroy is an uncontrollable drunk, and paranoid-schizo who spends most of his time beating his wife and daughters. Leroy’s father in law was supposed to have met his death after confronting Leroy about beating his daughter mercilessly.
Dr De Weever has also attested to the fact that Leroy has been physically abusive and violent to Parliamentarian, Cornelius de Weever, and that is why Connie fears him so.
When Leroy de Weever assaulted Judith Roumou, his leader Sarah Wescot Williams used it as an excuse to drop him from her slate, and to use his nephew Cornelius instead.
Leroy has also been accused of assaulting Sarah in one of his drunken rages.
Leroy’s sister Millicent de Weever at a certain point, was even more popular than her then leader, Claude Wathey.
Leroy de Weever in a drunken rage, got up on stage in the middle of an election campaign and SLAPPED his sister off of the stage, according to eye witnesses.
This in effect destroyed Millicent’s political career, and she’s been at Speentje’s Notary, ‘losing’ people’s land documents and deeds ever since.
Leroy has a looooooooooooooooong history of getting drunk, paranoid and assaulting people.
According to courthouse sources, nobody was fooled by attorney Hatzmann’s cheap theatrics.
Judith Roumou was arrested two weeks ago, based on LIES by attorney Geert Hatzmann.
It shows Hatzmann, the ambulance-chaser’s desperation.
Judith Roumou told Geert Hatzmann that when they got to court, she would bend him over no vaseline.
She was ARRESTED for her figurative statement by the police, although there are MILLIONS of examples proving that the statement is never meant literally.
Who would bend Geert Hatzmann over? He looks like a Down syndrome baby, born to a woman who has been using too many ‘substances’ while pregnant.
Geert Hatzmann looks like he’s missing a few chromosomes, so in no way could the statement have been misinterpreted, he is incredibly desperate right now.
They are trying to drop the assault and charges, but Roumou with lawyers will simply refile all charges, and face Leroy in Court for assault, battery, death threats, robbery, and destruction of property.
Geert Hatzmann, who is losing credibility as a lawyer by the second tried to pretend that Doctor Michael Mercuur stated that there was no injuries.
But don’t forget that it was Gamali Benjamin, who was a main witness in the case, who instructed Roumou to go to the St Maarten Medical Center, where the test were carried out after the assault.. NOT with doctor Mercuur.
