The Dutch corona support is a return to colonial times. That says Prime Minister Silveria Jacobs in The Washington Post. The newspaper quotes the Prime Minister of Saint Martin as saying it is about a racial settlement in the Caribbean. Jacobs thereby refers to the conditions her island had to agree to in order to receive corona support. These groups of people, like single parents with children, seem to be particularly affected by poverty.
