St Maarten is one of the number #1 countries in human trafficking. Thousands of Chinese use St Maarten as a gateway to America. The Colombian cocaine is coming in unabated. The government and their ‘civil servants’ using the police, customs and immigration control the cocaine game, and therefore we have heard of no cocaine busts. The Chinese pay huge bribes- did you know that human trafficking is more profitable than drug trafficking?
Well the only thing the police it seems can find is marijuana. Which is more legal than the brothels on the island, and are not related to all of the alcohol deaths we see every year.
1) By targeting only the Marijuana, they are forcing the young men who make their change in the districts, to either sell harder substances, or grab their guns and rob someone in order to put food on the table.
2) When there is no marijuana the youth don’t quit, they either switch to harder substances, or alcohol then there are more alcohol related deaths.
3) The people who are used to chillin’ and having a spliff to relax no longer have that option, so they are drinking more and there are more violent altercations.
4) The war on ONLY marijuana is a part of the shootings and killings in Cay Bay.
5) The violent crime, and gun deaths are already taking down too many of us.
DEAR POLICE, CUSTOMS, THE MARINES, THE MARECHUESSES, THE LANDS RECHERCHE, IMMIGRATION… STOP THE WAR ON MARIJUANA, UNLESS YOU ARE TRYING TO ENCOURAGE VIOLENT CRIMES.
FOCUS ON THE ILLEGAL GUNS, HUMAN TRAFFICKING, HEROIN METH AND COCAINE, ALONG WITH OTHER COCKTAIL DRUGS WHICH CAUSE BRAIN DAMAGE LIKE ECSTASY, WHICH ARE FREELY BEING DISTRIBUTED, AND BEING GIVEN TO THE YOUTH AND OLDER LOCALS ALIKE.
IT APPEARS TO ME AND TO MOST IN ST MAARTEN, THAT THEY ARE ONLY TARGETING WEED, BECAUSE THE POLICE WILL NOT HAVE A JOB IF THEIR IS NO CRIME AND VIOLENCE.
THE DUTCH CLAIM THAT WE ARE NO AUTOMOUS. THAT WE ARE DUTCH.
SO WHY ARE WE NOT PROVIDED THE VERY SAME MARIJUANA PRIVILEGES?
ESPECIALLY THE ONES WHO NEED THE THC (TETRA HYDRO CANNIBINOID) FOR CANCER TREATMENT AND GLAUCOMA.
THESE MARIJUANA BUSTS ARE WHAT’S ILLEGAL..
NOT, THE MARIJUANA A NATURAL HERBAL PLANTS, THAT THE GOVERNMENT DON’T LIKE BECAUSE IT’S A WEED AND THEY CAN’T MAKE MONEY ON IT.
THE CRIME, GUN VIOLENCE, AND CRIMINAL ACTIVITY WILL CONTINUE TO RISE, AS LONG AS YOU TELL THESE YOUNG MEN WHO SELL WEED, THAT THEY CAN’T EARN A LIVING AND FEED THEMSELVES AND FAMILIES.
