The National Youth Pitch Competition!
It was an absolute honor this morning to meet the Honorary Minister of Finance, Mr. Ardwell Irion, and our very dynamic islandpreneur, Dr. Ife Badejo, who visited St Dominic High School-St Maarten to share with the students their vision to create a platform for the young/budding entrepreneurs of our beautiful island through their initiative: National Youth Pitch Competition.
It was such a pleasure to witness the young minister and Dr. Badejo making students understand important lessons like the importance of knowing their customers well, being grounded in simplicity, and most importantly, adopting the philosophy behind viewing a barrier/obstacle as an opportunity.
The students shared their ideas and asked questions to the minister and Dr. Badejo, which were answered splendidly by our guests.
