Tielen (VVD) – 9 februari 2021 Behandeling van de verantwoording over 2020 en de eerste suppletoire begrotingen over 2021 in de commissies – 2021Z02627 Voorstel: 1.Jaarverslag in een wetgevingsoverleg behandelen. 2.Hiertoe twee rapporteurs benoemen. Zo ja, wie meldt zich hiervoor aan? Normaliter wordt hierbij gedacht aan combinaties van een Kamerlid uit de oppositie en een Kamerlid uit de coalitie. Aanmelding kan tijdens de behandeling van dit agendapunt of desgewenst per e-mail voor het meireces. 3.Algemene Rekenkamer (AR) verzoeken om besloten technische briefing over het verantwoordingsrapport bij het departementaal jaarverslag. Noot: 1. In verband met de relatief grote omvang van de verleende liquiditeitssteun aan de Landen heeft de AR informeel laten weten een van de vermoedelijk vier uit te brengen verantwoordingsonderzoeken te wijden aan de verantwoording van de begroting voor Koninkrijksrelaties. 2. in artikel 7.13, tweede lid, van het herziene Reglement van Orde is bepaald dat de commissie vastlegt op welke wijze de commissie controle uitoefent op de door haar ontvangen jaarverslagen voor de verantwoording van de rijksuitgaven, met inbegrip van de benoeming van rapporteurs als bedoeld in artikel 7.36. Agendapunt: CBS Monitor Brede Welvaart Caribisch Nederland Zaak: Rapport/brief Algemene Rekenkamer – griffier, T.N.J. de Lange – 1 februari 2021 CBS Monitor Brede Welvaart Caribisch Nederland – 2021Z01932 Voorstel: Ingaan op het aanbod van het CBS om een technische briefing over het rapport te verzorgen. Noot: 1. Dit betreft een onderzoek in opdracht van de (oude) commissie Koninkrijksrelaties dat in het kader van de kennisagenda 2017-2020 is uitgevoerd. 2. In de procedurevergadering van 3 februari 2021 heeft de commissie besloten, conform de reeds in de kennisagenda van de commissie vastgestelde route, naast openbaarmaking de staatssecretaris van Koninkrijksrelaties, de minister van EZK en de minister voor Buitenlandse Handel en Ontwikkelingssamenwerking te verzoeken deze basisrapportage (Monitor Brede Welvaart Caribisch Nederland / Caribische Landen) jaarlijks te actualiseren. 23. Agendapunt: Aanbod twee technische briefings door ministerie BZK Noot: Om de nieuwe Kamerleden in de commissie Koninkrijksrelaties van dienst te zijn biedt de Staatssecretaris van BZK graag de mogelijkheid tot het verzorgen van een of meerdere technische briefings door BZK-ambtenaren. Deze zouden kunnen worden onderverdeeld in een briefing over de landen (o.a. staatkundige verhoudingen, corona-steun, wederopbouw bovenwindse eilanden) en de BES eilanden (o.a. Rijksvertegenwoordiging / relatie met Den Haag, bestaanszekerheid, corona-steun). Voorstel: Ingaan op aanbod. 24. Agendapunt: Introductiedossier Noot: Ten behoeve van de nieuwe Kamerleden en nieuwe fractiemedewerkers die na de verkiezingen van maart 2021 in de Kamer aan de slag zijn gegaan, zijn door de medewerkers van de verschillende commissies Introductiedossiers opgesteld. In de introductiedossiers vindt u alles wat u moet weten over het werk van de Kamercommissies. Er is een algemeen deel, waarin de algemene werkwijze van de Kamercommissie wordt beschreven. Daarnaast is er voor elk van de commissies en een specifiek deel, met daarin alle informatie die specifiek voor de leden en medewerkers van die commissie relevant is.
