“Man of the Year” 🙂 Theo Heyliger and his crew are not providing relevant or factual info to certain people.
So they have to rely on The Opposition, their “countryman” when it comes to political inside info, and all the Opposition is about right now is “Sour Grapes”.
If someone told Frans he’s qualified to become Minister, then it’s just another set up like Richard Gibson had to find out the hard way.

Frans Richardson is quite social, I wonder if he’s ran into Bas Roorda, lately……
Bas Roorda has been back and forth to SXM, one can only imagine that he’s speaking to investigators, so why would they let Frans Richardson or the Per Diem Bobol go?
Somebody tell Frans, because he is not known for a high I.Q. that ‘dormant case’, does NOT mean ‘dead case’.

What’s the legal statute of limitation on purposely destroying your country’s natural environment, as a ‘favor’ to your foreign benefactor?
Frans Richardson is also on camera handing out bribes on election day more than once.
When I caught him on camera last elections in 2010, he was handing out-quite badly, I might add- money down at the John Larmonie Center.
Frans has to work on his Bribe and vote buying skills, it seems like he can’t ‘slip’ people the cash, without it falling to the floor in front of witnesses.
Anybody trying to convince Frans, that he can become Minister is setting him up, and not his friend.
Ask Leroy, and Richard, and Peggy, and all of those other dirty lawyers that they tried to appoint, who found themselves splashed across the internet, all their dirt exposed.
