The police pulled up in front of my gate about 30 minutes ago, cherries blazing. I grabbed the cameras and came outside, but they were there simply to conduct surprise police checks-and yes-people were very surprised. They appeared to have caught a couple of people without the proper documentations, and they were also doing seat belt checks.
Well, you know the SXM police dept, they don’t show up when you call them, but they sure show up when you least expect it.

I want to know who is in charge of the dump. Ask him or her what is the future of the dump? How high must it grow before something is done about this third world situation.
I wrote to IPP, International . Processing Plants, to ask them for a plant that makes power from garbage. We are 45000 and the Fr Sd together we may have 80 thousand peoples garbage to convert to power.
