For the first time in two weeks, no one died from the effects of Corona yesterday. The GGD does report that two people died earlier, but were not yet included in the figures. It concerns a patient in hospital and a patient who died at home. This brings the death toll as a result of Corona to 80.
There are now 100 patients in the hospital, 42 of whom are in intensive care. Nine Curaçao corona patients are in the hospital of Aruba for further medical care. 94 people tested positive on a total of 860 corona tests yesterday. A test ratio of 10.9 percent. The total number of active cases is now 3613. That is 224 fewer than yesterday.
