“Flex” S.G. the 17 year old responsible for yesterday’s shooting of Etienne Le Blanc, has turned himself in to the police department today, and is now in custody.
According to media sources, he is being held on charges of ‘manslaughter’ or ‘ ‘murder’. A manslaughter charge would be lesser, and involves the accidental death of someone, death due to self defense, or a hot-blooded crime.
Murder is the harsher charge, and implies killing with the intention to kill.
According to SG and his father. Two young men walked into the store and attempted to rob the DVD store, his son S.G. also known as “Flex”, came in, took a gun and started firing at the robbers.
There is a chance that the story might change before it gets to court.
