At approximately 1:00a.m. this morning, 39 year old St Maarten born father of one Carnicio Warner was sitting in his car on The Block, a juncture at The Garden of Eden Road, Dutch Quarter, when he was shot to death.
Eye witness accounts vary, with some witnesses reporting that the shooter had been driving a white Accent car which he abandoned, while others claim he approached by car, but then fled on foot.

Although the victim had served some time in prison, he has been on the right path for the past few years, even working two jobs.
He leaves behind an 18 year old daughter.
