Minister Knops Letter To Sint Maarten Concerning COHO Latest
In response to written request of 21 April last for a time schedule
I inform you as follows for the proposal of COHO Act. It is my aim to
just before the summer recess on this proposal to make political decisions
reach in the Reich Council of Ministers. After this, the Kingdom government will be as soon
possibly proceed to submit the bill for a Kingdom Act to the Second
Chamber and sending it to the States of the Caribbean countries of the
Kingdom. However, I am dependent on the
cooperation of the governments of these countries. The talks about it
bill were started a few weeks ago. A definitive schedule is made,
given the complex nature of these conversations, however, not too much at the moment
to give.
