Locals are planning a ‘sit in’ protest at certain businesses and establishments in the vicinity of Philipsburg, to protest the mistreatment of employees. An online campaign has begun, the petition will be posted later.
They are waiting for the next busy cruise ship day.
Marching in the hot sun does nothing, sitting in front of businesses with signs telling the TRUTH about how they treat their loyal employees- hurts their image.
It is being organized strictly through online media.
