Prosecutor’s Office appeals verdicts in Buncamper-case

 

“The Prosecutor’s Office appealed the verdicts of the Court of First Instance of all five suspects in the Buncamper-case. M.J.B.-M., C.A.B., F.E.G. and I.A.H. were found guilty by the Court of First Instance of committing forgery with authentic deeds and filing falsified tax returns. M.J.B.-M. and C.A.B were sentenced to 12 months in jail fully suspended and 240 hours of community service, I.A.H. was sentenced to 3 months in jail fully suspended and 120 hours of community service and F.E.G. was sentenced to 240 hours of community service. The suspect T.O.W. was acquitted of all charges.”
