According to sources the USP, United St Maarten Party is not just in the process of kicking Leona Marlin out of the party, they will also try to take her to court.
Last week, Leona joined Theo Heyliger, The United People’s Party and the Cornelius de Weever broad based government coalition. Former Prime Minister Sarah Wescot Williams also joined the broad based government.
According to sources, Leona is not the only person Frans Richardson, and the United St Maarten Party are trying to take to court, I guess based on “breach of contract”, they are saying that Cornelius de Weever and Sarah Wescot Williams would also be targets in a USP courtcase.
Upon receiving the news, I contacted several SXM political experts.
They all said it was possible, one person said that it was true.
And they also said, that it would be a sham, that Frans could never win, so the only reason that they would be doing it, would be out of spite, and to further tarnish Leona’s name.
According to the experts, even if they do succeed at taking this to court, they CANNOT win!
