St. Peters Road Closed Tonight Through Sunday
ST. PETERS–The section of St. Peters Road closest to
the junction with L.B. Scott Road will be closed to motorized
traffic from 9:00pm today to 9:00pm Sunday
for the completion of house connections to the sewage
system.
The Ministry of Public Housing, Environment, Spatial
Development and Infrastructure VROMI urges all motorists
to pay attention to traffic directional signs during
the closure period.

PHILIPSBURG–A partial closure of L.B. Scott Road, in
the vicinity of Cake House Bakery, will take place tonight
starting at 10:00pm until 2:00am.
The partial closure is related to the sewage system, Ministry
of Public Housing, Environment, Spatial Development
and Infrastructure VROMI announced Thursday.
Motorists and pedestrians in the area should pay keen
attention when commuting as heavy equipment will be in
use, said the Ministry.
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE FRONT STREET
Front Street, in the vicinity of Horizon Hotel, will be temporarily closed daily from 8:00pm to 12:00pm from Saturday, October 15, until October 20.
The closure is in connection with upgrades at Horizon
View Hotel, Ministry of Public Housing, Environment,
Spatial Development and Infrastructure VROMI announced
on Thursday.
Pedestrians, the Ministry said, should be aware there
will be heavy equipment in use and must exercise caution
when walking in the area.
